Responsible

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate the KA\MS system to assist customers in placing orders
- Answer customer business consultation, package inquiry and other questions
- Contact branches, HUB and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders
- Collect and sort out customer claim data, and assist in submitting if necessary
- Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.

More qualification

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1 year experience in transportation or logistics related industries
- Good office software skills, especially excel/ppt; working experience in foreign companies is preferred
- Self-motivated and capable of learning, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork
- Active, enthusiastic, caring, responsible, results-oriented, able to arrange work at the same time and reasonably and effectively
- Chinese and Thai speaking.
