Responsible

• Provide accurate translations of texts and attend meetings to translate discussions with CS Management. Be the first point of contact for Chinese Language needs. Follow up with internal team members to ensure translation meets their needs. Manage, support, and motivate Customer Service teams. Review and Analysis the performance plan for all critical roles within the team on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Evaluating all performance-related issues of each internal function to the Director. Working with other management team members to create and implement customer service department goals. Work closely with external departments to align project plans and define key metrics for results. Oversee and coordinate cross-functionally the resolution of mostly. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business related field or above.
