Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 5 position

Location : Bangkok(Bang Rak,Sathon)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Saturday, Sunday

Working hours : 08:30 - 18:00

Responsible

  • Perform quantity take-off from drawings to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Cost Plans, and related documentation
  • Prepare cost estimates (material & labor)
  • Review and manage variation orders (VO)
  • Verify work progress and certify payments
  • Prepare cost reports and support budget control
  • Prepare and review tender documents, including scope of work and pricing
  • Support and advise on tendering processes and contractor selection
  • Prepare and review contracts and conditions of contract in line with project requirements

More qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 0–2+ years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (or related engineering software)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English (reading and writing) is an advantage
