We are engaged in the business of providing services and selling structured cabling systems and components in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, China (Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou), Taiwan and Vietnam. IT Support (On-site)

Responsible

  • Deliver first-level technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, label printers, mobile devices) and software (Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite).
  • Respond to IT support tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, in line with established SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup and workstation configuration
  • Coordinate with regional and global IT Infrastructure Teams to resolve issues requiring higher-level support, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware lifecycle, warranty status, and software license subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with Application Teams (e.g., ERP support) to communicate operational issues from users, using basic English for technical explanation.
  • Prioritize and manage daily IT issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Basic networking knowledge: LAN, Wi-Fi
  • Understanding of server systems and Active Directory account creation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with global IT and application teams
  • Basic English proficiency for communication
