Lantro [Thailand] Co., Ltd. is the business leader of Infrastructure Cabling System (telecommunications network such as computer data, voice, video, etc). We are engaged in the business of providing services and selling structured cabling systems and components in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, China (Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou), Taiwan and Vietnam. Responsible

Baseline & schedule updates: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; execute routine updates with accurate status, forecast dates, and look-ahead plans.
Critical path & risk: Monitor the critical path continuously; identify slippages early and present mitigation and recovery options to the Project Manager.
Cross-functional coordination: Align with Project Engineers, Site Teams, and Procurement to validate work plans, lead times, and site constraints impacting timelines.
Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports covering milestone status, variances, risks, and recovery actions for management and client review.
Meeting support & documentation: Record minutes, track action items, and maintain complete scheduling records in compliance with document control requirements.
