Responsible

• Manage and lead the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) team, ensuring 24/7 coverage and efficient threat detection and response.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for threat monitoring, incident management, and escalation.
• Oversee the analysis of security incidents and ensure timely incident handling and resolution.
• Monitor and improve CSOC operations by implementing the latest tools, techniques, and threat intelligence.
• Collaborate with other departments to design strategies and improve the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization.
• Conduct regular threat assessments, vulnerability analysis, and system audits.
• Provide training and guidance to CSOC analysts to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Generate reports and communicate key metrics, incidents, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.

More qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in a leadership role in a CSOC or SOC.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and threat modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security tools.
• Familiarity with incident response processes, including root cause analysis, forensic investigation, and remediation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC, GCIH) are highly preferred.
