Responsible

• Maintain strategic partnership with major customer and business partners to ensure delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Contact customers to get a better understanding of their needs.
• Present product information, negotiate price and close business deals.
• Participate in important trade shows to push sales of company's products and new business.
• Prepare annual Export plan
• Coordinate with the product quality control team to improve and maintain the quality of the product as required by the customer.
• Work with the Operations and the supply chain team, and relevant parties for scheduling and production of materials, including logistics and documentation to ensure products have been shipped to agreed schedules.
• Manage customer's complaints and coordinate with relevant parties to solve the issues, including preparing preventive measures.
• Coordinate with factory to ensure order is produced under customer special requirement
• Support sales documents (PR, PO, etc.)
• Any Ad-hoc as assign

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience in export sales 0-2 Years
• Verbal and written communication skill both English
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Foreign nationals preferably Myanmar Nationals
