• Monitor technician performance through case reviews and quality checks,
• Score output and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality,
• Train, coach, and support technicians on technical challenges and best practices,
• Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and safety guidelines,
• Collaborate with branch managers and technical leaders on staffing and workload planning,
• Motivate and engage field teams to build a strong technical culture,
• Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements.
