Responsible

• Operational & Administrative Support -Assist the Operation Director in overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives.Ensure smooth coordination between branches and departments to enhance efficiency.Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents for management meetings.Monitor regulatory compliance and operational risks in line with PICO-Finance and Thai financial laws.
• Business Expansion & Development - Support research and analysis for new branch expansion in targeted Thai provinces. Assist in evaluating and improving existing branch performance.
• Financial & Performance Tracking - Track and analyze loan disbursement trends and branch performance. Provide data-driven insights to improve loan processing efficiency and reduce default rates. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for senior management.
• Customer-Centric Loan Services - Support the development and refinement of loan products tailored to Burmese migrant workers. Ensure a seamless and transparent loan application process using digital tools.
• Sales & Marketing Collaboration - Work with marketing and customer service teams to enhance financial literacy among migrant workers. Assist in the development of advertising tools and outreach campaigns.
• Cross-Department Coordination - Facilitate communication between credit risk, finance, compliance, and technology teams. Improve coordination between departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Leadership & Communication - Act as the key liaison between the Operation Director and branch teams. Ensure branch teams align with company goals, regulations, and financial inclusion initiatives.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in finance, banking, microfinance, or loan operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Fluency in Thai & Burmese is a plus.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
• Own a car and a valid driving license (required for branch visits).
• Passion for financial inclusion and experience working with migrant communities is a plus.
