Responsible

  • Lead and manage the marketing team including executives, designers, and external partners such as industry associations and media.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to achieve visitor and exhibitor targets for multiple exhibitions.
  • Drive online and offline promotion strategies including digital campaigns, partnerships, advertising, and PR.
  • Manage content development across channels (website, social media, newsletters, brochures, press releases).
  • Build and maintain relationships with associations, media, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with the company’s brand positioning and event objectives.
  • Oversee marketing budget planning and ROI tracking.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in exhibitions, conferences, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written); higher proficiency is preferred.
  • International B2B marketing experience is a strong plus.
