Responsible

  • Focus on exhibitor acquisition by developing and executing effective sales strategies for B2B exhibitions.
  • Engage with both local Thai clients and regional/international businesses to secure exhibitor participation.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to deliver exhibitor satisfaction and event success.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales performance reports and market feedback to management.
  • Occasionally travel within Thailand or regionally for client visits and business development.
  • Contribute to the long-term growth of the sales team; high-performing candidates may have the opportunity to manage a sales team in the future.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in exhibitions, conferences, or B2B industries.
  • Strong track record in sales and business development with proven results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate level of English (spoken and written); higher proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience working with both local and international clients is highly preferred.
