Responsible

Responsible for day-to-day operation of the stores and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operational efficiency
Lead, supervise and train the team in providing excellent customer service, manage customer feedback and understand customer needs by asking the right questions
Develop and coach the team; provide appropriate level of performance feedback to increase confidence and capability and manage staff turnover
Build customer rapport and loyalty through an engaging in-store experience
Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses the CASETiFY’s Core Values
Experience in visual merchandising skills in terms of displaying products, being commercial, and maintaining high standards of the latest brand updates and condition of products
Understand printing procedures, technical skills, and problem-solving with the vendor in terms of phone case printing from the Mimaki machine
Expertise in planning and organizing BOH and SR to ensure the brand meets a high level of standard
Able to manage a headcount at least 30 persons per store
Link up with global support in retail operations, logistics and projects of the company

More qualification

5+ years of experience in retail with at least 3 years in a management role is preferred but not essential. We also welcome applicants who are looking to take the next step up in their career
Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve KPIs and deliverables
Passionate about the retail industry, technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and being a part of a growing team
Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills
Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills
