Responsible

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in Thailand and neighboring regions.
• Identify and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and institutional clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Organize and participate in local events, expos, seminars, and webinars to promote the company’s services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients, ensuring top-tier service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, compliance) to meet partner needs and resolve issues.
• Monitor competitor activities and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead in the market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets for client acquisition and partner engagement.

More qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the Forex/CFD industry.
• Deep understanding of the Thai financial markets and local trading behaviors.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or traders in Thailand/Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
