Support students facing academic challenges in the classroom, in collaboration with the subject teacher
Collaborate with the Student Support and Wellbeing Team (SSW) to identify target students and to ensure students are receiving learning support
Provide support to subject teachers for lessons, events, and to facilitate a variety of extra-curricular activities
Prepare and organise materials and resources to support teaching and learning
Provide short-term cover for absent teachers, not exceeding a 60%-70% timetable inclusive of Academic Support timetable
Perform the duties of the absent teacher, including registration, participation in ECAs and safeguarding
Ensure delivery of the cover lesson as stipulated in the cover work
Support the Academic Team, when not needed for cover
