Responsible

• Research potential vendors and venues, always updating the database.
• Meet and inspect the vendors, venues and products to ensure that they are up to standard quality if required.
• Participated in creating proposals and presentations for new event inquiries.
• Support all aspects of event planning.
• Being a part of the event executions (events can be any day of the year, both in Thailand and/or abroad).

• Experience in the hospitality industry / event
• Thai National. Fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Thai (Please do not apply if not fluent in both)
• Friendly and can coordinate with internal and external partners
• Open to learning new skills and traveling
