Responsible

• Lead and direct the creative team, including graphic designers, content creators, photographers, and videographers, to produce high-quality work across digital and print platforms.
• Develop and execute innovative and strategic creative concepts and campaigns that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure creative work supports business objectives.
• Oversee the development of visual and brand identities, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Mentor and provide guidance to creative team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, balancing deadlines and resources effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in creative work.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to senior management and clients, effectively communicating the rationale and impact of the work.
• Monitor the performance of creative work and provide insights for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure all creative work adheres to quality and brand standards.

• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other creative tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
