Founded in 2019, Sawadee Translations is the translation branch of Sawadee Solution Digital Service Co., Ltd - a digital marketing, web design, content creation, and translation company registered in Thailand and located in Bangkok, Thailand.



Our team consists of both qualified, highly-experienced in-house project managers and translators, and tested and vetted contracted translators.



Our agency offers 25+ language pair translations across multiple industries and topics.


Customer Service

Detail

Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 1 position

Location : Bangkok(Watthana)

Salary (Baht) : 18,000 - 23,000

Holiday : Saturday, Sunday

Working hours : 08:30 - 17:00

Other work : 2 Saturdays per month, 5 hours a day.

Responsible

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Client Assistance: Meet customers at the district office to assist with marriage registration processes, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
  • Documentation Support: Ensure that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform other customer service-related duties as required.

More qualification
