หาช่องทางในการรับสมัครพนักงาน โพสต์ประกาศรับสมัครงาน (ภาษาไทย / อังกฤษ) คัดกรองใบสมัครและติดต่อผู้สมัครเพื่อทำการสัมภาษณ์ ประสานงานเรื่องข้อเสนอเงินเดือนและเอกสารประกอบการว่าจ้าง
รวบรวมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลเงินเดือน รายงานการทำงาน ลา ขาด มาสาย จัดทำและตรวจสอบเงินเดือน (Payroll) ประจำเดือนอย่างถูกต้อง ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีและภาษีเรื่องการยื่นภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และประกันสังคม จัดการเบี้ยขยัน ค่าเดินทาง โบนัส และสวัสดิการอื่น ๆ
ดูแลกระบวนการขอ Work Permit, Non-B Visa, การต่ออายุ และยื่นรายงาน 90 วัน ประสานงานกับสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (Immigration), กระทรวงแรงงาน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานต่างชาติเรื่องเอกสารและขั้นตอนต่าง ๆ บันทึกและติดตามวันหมดอายุของ VISA / Work Permit
ดูแลระบบฐานข้อมูลพนักงาน (HRIS) และแฟ้มประวัติ จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง และเอกสาร HR ต่าง ๆ เช่น ประเมินผลงาน, คำสั่ง, บันทึกเตือน ฯลฯ ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายบริหารและบุคลากรเรื่องนโยบายต่าง ๆ ให้คำปรึกษาด้าน HR แก่ครูและเจ้าหน้าที่ เช่น เรื่องวันลา สิทธิ์ต่าง ๆ และกฎระเบียบ
ทำหน้าที่เป็น HR contact สำหรับครูต่างชาติ หรือพนักงานที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ ประชุม หรืออธิบายข้อมูล HR เป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้ เขียนอีเมล ประกาศ และเอกสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
