Working hours : 09:00 - 18:00

Other work : Hybrid work model: 2 days WFH per week, or as mutually agreed.

Responsible

• Oversee and manage the Tele Sales team (10–15 people)
• Drive and support the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coach and train on sales techniques (Inbound & Outbound) and motivate the team
• Monitor call quality and develop the team's communication skills (Call Monitoring, working with Reports)
• Prepare and analyze relevant reports to ensure continuous improvement in team performance
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience

• Excellent Thai communication (Native) and Excellent English communication (B2/C1)
• Strong understanding of KPIs, team management, and handling real-time, on-the-spot issues
• Loves to communicate and understands the dynamic of a telephone sales team
• Has a leadership style that is focused on "understanding and empowering the team" rather than just giving orders
• High sense of responsibility, result-driven, and clear leadership qualities
• Proven data analysis and reporting skills
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience as a Sales Team Leader, with a proven track record of effective team management
• Candidates with experience from Startup companies will be given special consideration
