Responsible

Responsible for the inspection of finished goods and components to ensure technical, mechanical and aesthetic requirements are met
Responsible for daily inspection results reporting
Daily interaction with QC Team to prioritize workflow
Communicate with NY Teams regarding inspection results and requirements
Manage daily communication with photo documentation for all manufacturers regarding new rejections within 48 hours of inspection
Manage QC inspectors to monitor consistency in inspections.

More qualification

Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in a quality position, in a jewelry manufacturing environment
Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role
Knowledge of manufacturing jewelry, gemstones, diamonds, silver & gold required
Strong communication skills required (fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal)
Organizational skills required
Strong attention to detail is required and an ability to multitask
Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to work independently
Experience using a 10x loupe and/or binocular microscope required
