Responsible

  • Work in flexible shifts and can adjust accordingly. Able to occasionally work extra hours and receive calls during off service hours.
  • Serve as first-contact via phone and email from users and can perform remote support.
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues with escalation to second-tier engineer. (if needed)
  • Handle and close service tickets according to company and service standards.
  • Summarize data for supporting the monthly report and Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

More qualification

  • Thai nationality, Experience 1 years or more in IT Support/Helpdesk
  • Good Communication for TH/EN and Excellent Service Mind, able to deal with customers and clients of various nature.
  • Works well with a team and can work under pressure
  • Positive mindset when dealing with various aspects of users, customers, and team members.
  • Knowledge in Virtualization & On Prem Server, Storage, Microsoft 365, Backup Solution, Networking, Security and IT Infrastructure.
  • Basic Knowled in Cloud Platforms such as AWS or Azure.
