Responsible

  • Procurement Management: Oversee the purchase of goods and services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.
  • Vendor Management: Recruit and select new vendors, negotiate terms, compare prices to maximize organizational benefits, and manage the Vendor List system to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Contract Management: Define purchase terms and conditions, focusing on payment and delivery timelines to meet company standards.
  • Delivery Oversight: Monitor and verify delivery schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks across departments.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new procedures to enhance departmental and organizational efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate procurement documents, manage storage, issue administrative documents, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management of office supplies and IT hardware to ensure availability and efficient use of resources.
