Manage the entire recruitment process for all vacant positions according to the company's needs (employee, organization, sub-contract or foreigner)
Manage the entire recruitment process for foreign employees.
Benchmarking the hiring rate of companies in the same industry group.
Plan short, medium and long term workforce.
Develop people to be able to think of tools or systems to replace work.

Able to use various online tools and recruitment platforms such as Job Boards, Social Media well.
Able to use MS Office computer very well.
Be meticulous in your work and have patience. Be able to handle work pressure well.
Have good communication and coordination skills.
