Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Policy Management:
• Prepare and administer various insurance policies, including fire insurance and property insurance, for both the head office and branch locations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy specifically tailored to office equipment insurance.
Financial Management:
• Oversee the management of accounting documents within the administrative department, handling tasks such as refunds, trial payments, and disbursements to drivers.
• Check, analyze, and prepare reports related to utility billing, service fees, and other financial items.
Property Management:
• Take charge of common property in the head office, conducting regular checks and maintenance to ensure optimal conditions.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to oversee repairs and coordinate with the building department for any necessary interventions.
Telecommunications Administration:
• Provide a concise summary of monthly telephone service charges, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the modification of mobile promotions for employees to enhance communication efficiency and reduce costs.
