Responsible

• Develop and execute merchandising activities to support GMV driven campaign
1. Lead and ensure best in class execution in each online platform to deliver optimal customer experience
2. Develop and monitor products and brand contents in each online platform to increase conversion rate both during baseline and campaign period
3. Work collaboratively with cross functions and platform to maximize assets and resources to deliver optimal customer experience
4. End-to-end execution for after-sales service cases

• Online platforms’ proofing and troubleshooting to deliver optimal customer experience
1. Gate Keeper to ensure flawless execution in platform
2. Monitor and feedback OOS issue immediately to each relevant party
3. Walk the stores daily and feedback opportunity to each relevant party
4. Be the content expert, Fix content related problems
5. Price-monitoring VS competitors
6. Realize online competitive intelligence to maintain the brand’s competitive advantage by feedback to each relevant party to take further action

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field, digital marketing background would be advantageous
• 2+ years’ experience on online platform’s seller center and contents or any social commerce platform
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with different functions
• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multi-tasks
• Dynamic and flexible
• Proficient in MS Office
