Responsible

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as: Credit scoring and risk prediction
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as: Loan approval optimization
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as: Customer segmentation & churn prediction
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as: Fraud detection and anomaly monitoring
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as: Cross-sell and up-sell targeting
• Analyze large-scale financial and customer data to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and model deployment
• Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders using dashboards, visualizations, and reports
• Monitor model performance and regularly retrain models as data evolves
• Stay updated on trends in AI/ML, financial technologies, and regulatory requirements

More qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in data science, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of credit risk modeling, fraud detection, or financial regulations is an advantage
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
