Working hours : 08:30 - 17:30

Responsible

Prepare and process documentation for import and export shipments
Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for customs clearance
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
Manage and maintain orderliness in the warehouse
Plan, schedule and monitor delivery routes
Ensure all delivery documentation is complete and properly filed
Coordinate with cross-functional departments including sales, warehouse, procurement, and account
