Responsible

• Meet with customers to present products and services, create a positive impression, and effectively close sales.
• Generate new customer leads through various channels and contact customers via telephone, email, Line, or other social media platforms.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the company.
• Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge to stay up to date with technology in jewelry production and related fields.
• Prepare quotations, loan forms, and reservation forms for customers.
• Provide initial after-sales support by advising customers on basic issues and assisting in finding suitable solutions for both the company and the customer.

More qualification

• Vocational Certificate (or higher) in any field, or candidates with a strong passion for service.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a service mind and the ability to close sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
• Knowledge and experience in preparing sales reports and maintaining sales administration records, such as issuing quotations and processing purchase orders.
• Honest, patient, disciplined, with good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge or experience in jewelry-related work will be an advantage.
• Possesses strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills; able to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate in English.
