Responsible

• Handle daily Freight Forwarding Operations as per company’s internal procedure by air export and import
• Communicate with Suppliers/Shipping Companies/Customer service/Overseas offices effectively, providing good customer service and timely response to enquiries
• Collecting/ Checking/ Dispatching of information and documents, and follow up shipments closely and keep related parties updated in timely manner
• Responding to customer inquiries, handling relevant complaints, and providing solutions to customers
• Monitor payment to suppliers and receivables from overseas branches, and customers
• Provide suggestions with supporting analysis to management to improve the operation process

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
