Responsible

  • Oversee daily operations of the hostel and café, ensuring smooth coordination and service standards.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor maintenance, cleanliness, safety, inventory, and procurement with effective cost control.
  • Ensure excellent guest and customer experience, handling feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Plan initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage budgets, revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Develop promotions, packages, and revenue-enhancing activities.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and lead performance review meetings.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise hostel and café staff.
  • Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and build a positive team culture.
  • Drive sales, marketing, partnerships, and growth strategies to strengthen brand presence.

More qualification

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in hostels, hotels, or cafés.

  • Familiarity with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Hostelworld) and café POS systems.
  • Knowledge of Channel Manager systems (e.g., Cloudbeds) and WongnaiPOS is a plus.
  • Marketing and social media management experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
