TAMA believes that real estate development doesn't have to start from scratch, nor is it constrainted by conventional approaches.

We are confident that world-class affordable housing is possible in Thailand. To do so, we have utilized BIM Revit to draft the building repurposing to minimize construction errors, and have selected construction materials that are truly fit for the 21st century—materials which are less labour intensive than traditional ones. We believe these two things are keys to maximizing value for our investment in the long run.

We are looking for individuals with experience in construction, critical thinking, and the courage to do things differently, to work with us in creating practical, high-quality living spaces.
