หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Handling day to day import / export operation as per company work instruction.
• Collaborating with customers, carriers, suppliers, vendors, and related departments for import-export processes.
• Tracking, tracing, and updating the status of shipments to customer until the job complete.
• Closing job and coordiating with billing team about billing process.
• Taking responsibility for problem
• solving, following up on requests and addressing customer issues.
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of work to meet KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Knowledge of import-export process
• At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service in freight forwarding industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
• Service-minded, with the ability to operate under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Thai
