Responsible

Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and direct the Business Development and Trade Lane Group in order to improve Client’s acquisition of business in Industrial Estate Zones in 12-24 months period.
• Ensure detailed study and understanding of customers\' shipping requirements in order to provide highly customized air express services, encompassing logistics and distribution services, to specifically identified customers
• Plan, organize and direct Business Development Group through day-to-day management in order to achieve targeted revenues and profitability.
• Create good relationship with Japanese firm and penetrate into their company as well as growing the Japanese lane

o Part1- Create good relationship with Japanese firm and penetrate into Japanese company
 Need to talk to decision maker and convince and encourage them to ship with DHL Express
 Support/come up with solution for customers (if they have non-standard request)
 Acquire/gain new business lane
o Part 2- Grow Japan lane
 Need to expand and grow this lane
 Need to be able to advise how to ship/clear custom in Japan etc

Qualification:

• Male / Japanese National
• 7 -10 years related experience
• 2 -3 years’ experience in management/supervisory position
• Logistic background (preferable)
• Has hunting spirit, able to work with others
• Proficient in English
• Has good command of communication and strong negotiation skill.
