The Company was licensed by the Ministry of Finance to operate Credit Foncier, repurchase business and hire purchase business on July 11, 1973, license No. 3, formerly name Bangkok Friendship Enterprise Company Limited, later changed its name to Asia Credit Foncier Company Limited on August 7, 1979 and changed to Capital Link Credit Foncier Limited on December 15, 2014. Currently, the Company has registered capital of Baht 210,000,000 paid up in full. The Company is a financial institution that operates under the supervision of the Bank of Thailand and protected by the Deposit Protection Agency.
