Thai Red Cross College of Nursing (TRCN) is the first institution in Thailand that offers programs in General Nursing in compliance with the Thai Red Cross to produce nurses who will help people who are ill or in need regardless of their race, class, religion, or political allegiance in times of war, peace and during emergencies.
