Maxumise Consulting was formed in 1996 with a focus on integration of human resources into organisational management. Maxumise has an ongoing presence in the South Pacific and expanded their business establishing Maxumise (Fiji) Limited in 1998. Maxumise originally began operations in 1987 as a human resource advisory service and operated throughout Australia until 1990 when the business was purchased by Towers Perrin Australia.
