Coordinate with customers to meet with their sales order, including customer requirements and their expectations Coordinate with oversea customer for exporting activities to satisfy their requirements Involve directly on relationship building/maintaining with customers and suppliers Create and maintain customer database for analysis and planning Proceed Order management including Sales order creation, invoicing, delivery scheduling and CN/DN issuance or product replacement at cost effective manner Coach CSR team, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving overall team performance Coordinate with 3PL warehouse to manage daily sales orders strategically, minimizing transportation costs and optimizing logistics operations Responsible for the accuracy and complete information and any document Provide additional upskilling or learning opportunities for team members To participate and comply with all relevant QHSE legal and other requirements including others that concerns of Customers, suppliers and Contractors associated with the job functions and responsibilities
