Work pattern : Full Time

Number of receptions : 1 position

Location : Chiang Mai(san kamphaeng)

Salary (Baht) : Negotiable

Holiday : Sunday

Working hours : 08:30 - 17:30

Other work : The production works every Saturday, office used to work every second Saturday.

Responsible

Understanding of accounting system especially SAP
Understanding of accounting system especially SAP
Evaluate material availability and customer requirement before issuing production order
Coordinate material scheduling for making production plan order.
Coordinate with Key Account Manager/Customer Service for shipment plan and customer requirement
Advice manager, management, and team for status of work in progress, material availability and potential production problems to ensure that manpower, equipment, material, and other supports are provided as needed.
Coordinate with other department to meet production plan target
Update production scheduling, production performance
Update production scheduling, production performance
Submit shipment plan in scheduling software and necessary data to logistic team
Monitor, update production scheduling, production performance
Expedite and follow up relevant department in case of issue relate with plan and target
Prepare reports for management, and customers
Perform special projects as assigned
Perform special projects as assigned
Overseeing and coaching employees
Train new employees on how to understand process flow and follow procedures

More qualification

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Production Engineering or any relate field
Experience at least 5 years in Planning Management
Good command of English.
Ability to communicate in Thai clearly and concisely, both reading and writing
Understanding of accounting system especially SAP
