Other work : E-Commerce Key Account Executive responsible for online sales operation. He or she will be overseeing e-Commerce marketplace and online platform activities, managing key accounts under responsible to achieve business goal.

Responsible

• Managing daily operations of the store that are required to run the store in each E-commerce platform [List products, Price upload, voucher setup, banner upload, Campaign submission, stock available maintenance, etc.]
• Participate in e-commerce platform activities Optimize ads inside and outside the platform Improve order transaction rates and inspect e-commerce stores.
• Daily monitoring of store metrics to ensure that stores are in the best condition and meet the KPIs.
• Resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms.
• Assist in developing E-Commerce sales strategies for growth and expansion.
• Responsible for any activities related with E-commerce platform [ reports online store website, email marketing, social media and other online marketing initiatives. etc.]
• Other assignments as appropriate.

• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee and Tiktok seller center is a plus.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Key Account in an E-Commerce channel or any position in the commercial field.
• Mature, self-driven, and responsible, a passion for creative works and marketing.
• Good and effective computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Illustrator, Photoshop familiarity are an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
