Responsible

Supervising and managing all SE staff and ensure that all team members provide quality customer service.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve processes and service levels and reduce delivery times provided by the Sales Engineering Department.
Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback trends to identify and resolve frequent problems and designing procedures and documents to encourage problem solving and customer satisfaction.
Managing budgets and costs and ensure that they are kept at an optimum level.
Managing stock and inventory of spare parts including service tools.
Cooperating and negotiating with related Departments, suppliers, customers to ensure that costs, quality and service standards are met.
Summarize and report progress/result of SE operations, problems, inquiries, etc.

More qualification

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of working experience as service representative and have experience in planning working schedules, machine installation, inspection and repairs
Conversational level in English. Japanese language ability will be advantage
Service minded with sales personality, good negotiation and management skills
