Responsible

• Responsible for end-to-end local delivery and operation set-up for excellence warehouse management (Owned warehouse).
• Responsible for end-to-end operation process from warehouse to stores (B2B) and to end customers (B2C).
• To ensure all operation KPIs/Tracking are within the SLA from Inbound to Outbound as well as inventory control.
• Ensure logistics transportation arrangement and quality of the deliveries are in compliance within aligned specs.
• Responsible for return flow from end customers to the warehouse until receiving in stocks.
• Responsible for warehouse operators and admins growth and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Work closely with the Demand team to ensure all SO created deliver on time in full at stores.
• Work closely with Supply team to perform an inbound planning as per SLA committed.
• Responsible for manpower planning to cover all warehouse activities.
• Work with the management team to design/implement tools or processes to improve warehouse productivity.

• 3-5 years experience in warehouse or distribution management
• Understanding of end-to-end warehouse operation processes
• Tracking success in communication to internal and external stakeholders (Sales and marketing or vendors)
• Handful with excel or google sheet
• Good in communication and like to negotiate
• Be organised at work and keep recording activities
• Continuous improvement mindset and like challenges
