Roles & Responsibilities
Handling correspondence, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, dealing with incoming email, faxes and posts.
Implementing and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing (Manage day-to-day operational)
Communicating with landlords by phone, chat, email and in-person to complete and update listing information and support owners in marketing their properties by SingThai Realty
Documents management about sending and receiving the documents such as tax invoices, debit note credit note etc.
