Responsible

Educate nurses and doctors re the use of medical equipment in both the chemotherapy and orthopedic fields.
Provide product demonstration for patients and other stakeholders
Provide clients feedback to sales team and director
Support sales team to arrange and carry out key account visits
Investigate, resolve and log customer issues and advise on follow-up actions
Develop close working relationship with various clients nationwide and communicate potential KOL to sales team
Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly
Collaborating and strategizing with sales team and director
Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue
Attending meeting as required about one time per month
Summit weekly report and planning to Sale manager and director
