ABOUT US

In 1988, Yoshikazu Kato, one of Japan’s most prolific golf course architects started developing the site, originally an abandoned tin mine flanked by rubber plantations. Both courses were created around existing canyons and woodlands, with minimal interruption to the natural landscape and wildlife. The property is a masterpiece of design characterized by spectacular and daunting natural hazards including numerous water features accentuated by towering trees to challenge golfers of all levels.



 



The Blue Canyon Country Club rose to fame when the Canyon Course was selected for the 1994 Johnnie Walker Classic. This was followed by the 1996 Honda Invitational Tournament of the Omega Tour. The Canyon Course’s reputation as Asia’s best was reaffirmed in 1998 and again in 2007, when the Johnnie Walker Classic returned, making it the first golf course to ever host the tournament thrice in the JWC’s history.

  • Plan and develop a robust Golf, Accommodation, F&B, Spa, Property Marketing plan for BCCC and BCP with department heads
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies among sales & marketing team and other departments aim to strengthen the brand and grow the revenue of all business units.Manage, develop and review content and copy for both B2C and B2B marketing communications across a range of formats
  • Drive the end-to-end content production process – developing ideas, researching and writing, editing and fact-checking, and driving design
  • Serve as lead copywriter and copyeditor on key projects; Oversee content development by internal marketing staff and freelance writers
  • Ensure accurate information displaying on other online channels such as TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to improve marketing results
  • Monitors awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies
