Responsibilities:
- Providing excellence customer service to foreigner customer with accurately, efficiently and professional.
- Being the first point of contact to assist high valued customers of multiple products and/or service across entity.
- Inputing accurate data and maintaining in the systems per customer requested and necessary.
- Fulfill other work assigned by team leads included support Thai skill as assigned.
- Maintaining good relationship with new customers and existing ones.
