Responsible

• Facilitate communication between the Thai Production Manager and Myanmar workers to ensure smooth workflow
• Plan and monitor production processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Identify and analyze production issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with departments such as Maintenance, Quality Control, and Production Planning to meet output targets
• Monitor equipment performance and workforce productivity
• Develop production lines with a focus on cost reduction, waste minimization, and quality improvement
• Prepare production reports and analyze data for continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with ISO or other relevant standards.
• Support the installation of new machinery and implementation of process changes

More qualification

• Myanmar Nationality
• Can speak Thai
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
• 0–3 years of experience in a relevant engineering role (new graduates are welcome).
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or TPM systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Responsible, collaborative, and positive attitude.
