Responsible

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and annual brand plans to build long-term brand equity and drive strong emotional connection with target consumers.
  • Identify market opportunities through in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer insights, and competitor landscape.
  • Derive insights from data and translate them into strategic marketing implications that shape brand direction and guide execution plans.
  • Lead initiatives that aim to accelerate growth, especially through product innovation and expansion into new channels.
  • Plan and execute impactful, integrated 360° marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social media, in-store, and other relevant platforms aligned with brand goals.
  • Analyze sales performance, category dynamics, and shopper behavior to optimize brand strategies.
  • Conduct and manage consumer surveys and research projects to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and manage activity grids to ensure seamless coordination across all brand initiatives and touchpoints.
  • Lead product innovation projects from concept to launch in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage A&P spending efficiently to maximize marketing ROI.
  • Evaluate campaign and media performance through defined KPIs and post-campaign analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
