Responsible

Coordinate for all document control activities e.g. register, file/retrieve, distribute, keeping etc
Operate the online system to complete the Document Action Request (DAR) process
Prepare annual document review, document master list
Co-ordinate with DLD Thailand and prepare the support document for health certificate issue e.g. BLSC, product
Internal auditor for FSQA program (HALAL, BRCGS- SQMS, GHPs/ HACCP, GMP monthly and customer audit)
Food safety culture activities committee
Summarize and prepare monthly report of micro results for government and customer. Review and sampling plan set up.
Product release in SAP system (Q withdraw), issue and verify Certificate of Analyis (COA) of finished product as required
CCTV monitoring report monthly and Hair rolling report weekly
Food suggestion box summary report monthly
Prepare the factory layout, flow of processes and movement of personnel of Chonburi Plant e.g. product flow, worker flow, packaging flow, air flow, waste drainage flow, waste flow etc.
Provide refreshment internal training on quality and food safety system i.e. document control

More qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in food sciences, food technology or related fields.
1 year of experience in QA function in food industries.
Proficient in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and BRC
Food safety and quality system knowledge in food manufacturing .
