Responsible

  • Supervise and manage daily warehouse and spare parts operations.
  • Support technicians by preparing parts for daily withdrawals and processing parts returns.
  • Ensure real-time and accurate updates of stock movement records.
  • Coordinate ordering of parts upon customer approval, using issued purchase orders (POs).
  • Conduct regular stock counts, monthly audits, and report stock discrepancies.
  • Monitor and control stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and part quality where applicable.
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient storage of parts and equipment.
  • Train, develop, and supervise warehouse and inventory staff.
  • Prepare monthly reports on stock movement, inventory value, and order status for management review.
  • Forecast parts requirements based on service team needs and project planning.
  • Handle urgent parts requests and ensure timely support to field technicians.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse best practices toEnforce company policies and warehouse safety standards. improve operational efficiency.

  • Competence in stock auditing, cycle counts, and discrepancy analysis.
  • Ability to manage and lead a warehouse or parts team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with service, project, procurement, and accounting teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for stock control and operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of vendor management and supply chain coordination.
