• Resourceful and possess strong negotiation and problem solving skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering/Building/QS or equivalent;
• Able to execute Engineering, Architecture and/or technical drawing & specifications
• Must be flexible and willing to travel to provide regular on-site support
